I'm not sure if you know this, or if will be any help, but today i read in the Women's Health magazine that too find out how much kilojoules you need to intake, you get your weight and multiply it by 101.3. Eg, 80kgs x 101.3 = 8104 kjs. Eating that amount of kjs will keep your weight the same, and common sense says you decrease or increase to respectively loose or gain weight.
I noticed that you are a calorie counter so maybe this info would be helpful.
Well, i hope so anyway
, and i hope you reach your goal!
