But I wanted to let you know, my arms used to jiggle big time and the thing I noticed that seemed to be the easiest method of getting them firmer was swimming.
Not a quick fix (I have been going once a week for 6 months) but it is nice pain free resistance........maybe look into lap swimming or an aqua-arobic class?
