First time with Aerobics

I just had my first exercise session, and i choose a Fat Burner DVD that i had. I invited my 12 year old cousin to join in with me, we got into our exercise gear and begun the stretches.

Soon we were ready for the warm up. Wow the warm up was full on! And a little confusing. Even my cousin who does Gymnastics, Soccer, Swimming and Baseball was out of breathe, but that was mainly due to us laughing while we did it :D. 15 minutes in we quit and decided to go for a walk.lol.

I dare say that it will take me some time to get used to aerobics and its ever changing exercises!

But it has me incredibly pumped and i cant wait till give it another go tomorrow, or even later tonight :lol:

Well Done !!!

Aerobics DVD's can be extremely daunting. That's why I chose the Walk Away The Pounds (WATP) DVD's, they literally ease you into everything !!

Great job for not giving up though and going for a walk !! Awesome stuff :D
