It seems like a long time in between training sessions... but this past Sunday we did a 6-8 km run (I'm not sure exactly!!!)
I was with a group of about 12 and the front runners would run to a certain spot and then come back to the end (me - every time
), that is why i am not sure how far!
The one thing that I was really pleased with was that my pace stayed the same the whole race - I didn't get faster - but I also didn't slow down!
I might not finish in a great time but I think I will make the 12 km.
It's getting closer all the time.
