I've just moved to Australia from the UK. I loved Les Mills' Body Pump but am about to set up a home gym and refuse to pay a membership fee just to do this one class - why, oh why don't Les Mills make DVDs.. or is that a stupid question!!! I've seen that Kathy Smith is quite popular over here and that she does some weights DVDs but I have NO experience of her whatsoever and wondered if anyone here uses her DVDs and what they thought of them... also if anyone has any other recommendations for weight-training DVDs, that would be very much appreicated. Oooh I'd also appreciate comments on her DVDs in general, not just weights. Emma x

Ooh hello, I was born and raised in a town called Tavistock in Devon but I've spent the past four years living in Milton Keynes, which I loved. :D

Various factors, mostly improved lifestyle and a better future for our kids. I know everywhere has its problems but it's pretty dire in the UK at the moment. :? Although I'm sad to leave my family and friends behind, I'm relieved to be out of there! :P
