I have been woring out at the gym doing mostly cardio for 2 weeks and I have gained a kilo.
I haven't been this active in years so didn't expect to put on the weight I have worked so hard on loosing for the past year
I've noticed that my metablosim has sped up, which has made me hungrier, but I am still sticking to a healthy diet.
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.
Any help and advice would be great
