well, my husband had this urge to go kayaking a few weeks ago. so we went shopping and had a look around, and before we knew it, we had bought ourselves a kayak each! and i absolutely love it!! i looked up on the calorie/exercise charts, and u can burn 470cals for an hour of kayaking! its such a good arm/shoulder & ab workout!
