I don't know what to do. I've read lots of literature and I know in the end it comes down to personal preference, but I just don't know. If I eat brekky before I go to the gym I feel really sluggish and full and sometimes if I'm working really hard it threatens a repeat appearance. I only have a bowl of muesli with some fruit so it's not like it's a huge brekky or anything. But if I don't eat brekky my blood sugars drop really quickly and I get tired and cranky and have no energy. Side effect of the super-fat I suppose. And if I have brekky and try to go a bit later I feel like I'm wasting the day and sometimes just don't get around to it.
It's a dilemma! What do you ladies think I should do?
