Just some advice, instead of trying to do those 3 things, just chunk it.
I mean, look at it this way, drinking water, eating right and exercise should be one thing. So see those things as one thing and things become easier.
Example driving, steering, changing gears , braking looking out for other people, watching where u r going. So many things to think about !!
But hey, it's just driving, and we don't think about all the indivdual actions when we are driving do we ? we just drive and it all seems to happen.
Think of your weight loss actions the same.
