How much a week?

Hey guys,
I'm Carly :D

I was planning on doing exercise 6 times a week, but most people think to do it every day is better?
But I've heard from alot of people that giving your body a day to rest can help. O.O

What do you guys think?
Starting weight: 56kg
Current weight: 56kg
Goal weight: 46kg!

A rest day will help your body recover. This is an accepted rule of muscle building exercise, where it's recommended you only train every second day to allow muscle to heal and build, but not many people realise that moderate to high intensity cardio also requires time off for the body to heal.
