You should be able to see an edit button at the top left side of your post (if not, admin???)
When I started I went for a jog/walk around a local reserve every morning and have been doing it a couple of days these 2 weeks while I'm on work training too. When I started, I went for around 45min-1 hour and I'm currently doing a shorter track of 1/2 hour.
I tended to jog until my legs hurt and then walk for a bit until my breathing rate dropped tyhen start jogging again. Very unscientific, but that's what I did.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
