Grrr.. STEP!

Postby Mandie » Tue Aug 01, 2006 12:09 pm

I went to the gym this morning (a rare morning off, and I didn't use it to sleep in! I must be crazy!) for an abs class (30 mins) and a body combat class (1 hour).

Much to my surprise, it was a different instructor, so we did 30 mins of "regular aerobics" (which I don't really like, but can cope with), and then she said.. GRAB A STEP!

At which point I left the room...

I'm annoyed I didn't get my full hour of aerobics in.. but come on. Step aerobics is the cruelest torture known to me, I'm so uncoordinated I always fall off! Not fun!

Grrr!

Didn't know they use a step in body combat but I would be a bit annoyed too if it wasn't the regular stuff. Mind you the step class looks like fun but the stairmaster killed me one day so I have not taken the class.

I can't get to the gym with a little one but I've found the next best thing...aerobic with the Wiggles.
My little girl loves the Wiggles so I put on a dvd and dance along with them...its normally about an hour and trust me those Wiggle boys must be very fit cause they don't stop dancing.
I just can't do it on weekends cause my husband goes insane watching the Wiggles.
Have a good week everyone
