pole dance fitness

Postby glam1 » Sun Jul 26, 2009 10:18 am

Hi does anyone else do pole dancing for fitness?
I started about 4 weeks ago now. It is so much fun , plus i get an over workout. I spend the whole time laughing , but the next day i feel it everywhere. It certainly gets your heart rate up, strenghth flexibility & funny bone working......

Our classes also include stairs ans boxing with the dancing. If you get a chance giveit ago .

My hubby would love that. He even said he'd install a pole in our house for me
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
