Well Im slightly peeved to say the least, it seems as the hrm I bought (ebay) is faulty so I have just contacted the seller to let him know and ask for a refund (he has a 30 day refund policy, failing that there is paypal or a cc charge back) and I am going to buy one locally, leasson learnt I guess  . So now I wont be out running today after all as I am so mad right now  .

I really was Karnak and I think it played a part in yesterdyas undoing. On the upside I heard back from the seller who was most apologetic and Ill send it back via registered express post, he said I will get my refund within 3 days of him receiving the returned watch so I'll start hunting the local shops on the weekend.
