Hey Im going great! I really love the dvd, I dont have the book though.. which book do you have? I want to get master your metabolism. I havent been on the scales for a few days but my clothes are fitting way better already and Ive only done the shred workout 5 out of 7 days! Im on duromine too so thats helping a lot with my diet. I love the shred, its over really quickly, thats what I like!
