I bought a squat rack the other day thinking it would be some good exercise, but here is my problem. I duno what im doing! lol so here are a few questions.
how low should I go?
Is there anything I need to be watching out for when I do them?
How much weight should I use, and how many reps/ sets etc?
and are there any exercises that I can do to isolate and strengthen the muscles that are required to perform a squat (notparticulary strong in the core/thigh area lol)
