Well - I have been exercising solidly for 6 months now and quite high intensity but this morning I put on my running shoes and went for an ACTUAL run and I must say *snooze* haha... I know lots of people like running but I guess it just isnt for me! I love walking with a friend but what really gets me going are:

I love riding my bike hehe... Hope that helps!! Once you find something you love you wont want to miss doing it I ride everyday - not alwasy heaps far but everyday!!
