the fitness first experience

hi-am seeking any and all info on you guys' experience with fitness first as they are my most local gym. just want to know how you found them, and how much attending there helped? thanks in advance! :)

They are really a gym like any other gym.

I have been a member twice and cancelled after my 12 months was up both times.

I mysef found it to be full of posers and steriod users and I did not feel comfortable at all. Mind you, there are heaps of gyms in my area so I do believe those types of people gravitated towards that aprticular gym

Perhaps if it is your only one in your area you will have a wide range of people.

I guess if you join a gym you have to be motivated to go regularly - obviously it is gonna aid in weight loss if you do it that way!

Fitness First is an expensive one, and they make it as hard as possible for you to quit. A lot of people have had trouble getting them to stop direct debiting money from their accounts.
I went to the one in Cannington, WA for 1 year and the awesome group fitness classes did help a lot. I did lose 6kg there but I think there are better options :)
