So i joined CK to use the food and exercise diary but i have no idea how many calories a vibrating machine workout would use and i can't afford a heart rate/calorie monitor at the moment, any ideas anyone?

are you talking the machine that you keep your knees bent on while it shakes? I avoid them like a plague anyway... deffinately can't be good for joints, especially overweight ones!

well you can adjust the level from very very low to quite high and you dont have to stand you can sit or even just rest your arms on it, its a lot easier on my joints than going for a jog :P
