stop weight training legs

i am a size 10 on my upper body and around the thigh area i am a size 12. I do 3 days a week jogging for 45 minutes and 3 days a week pump classes. I am wondering should I stop
doing weights on my legs as i am starting to feel my trousers getting tighter around my thighs.I dont want my thighs to look any bigger.

Hey there, for starters running doesnt train your legs, if anything when you run you will lose muscle from your legs due to the lactic acid build up which affects muscle.

I would reccomend to stop doing pump which consists of high reps and go move over to 3 full body workouts with low reps
