I went out and bought it today after my earlier post and determination to do more cardio. The cardio classes at our gym are on at awful times, so I have decided to do some at home. I watched the DVD earlier and I am impressed!
Most exercise DVD's / vids I own tend to be quite short. The Biggest Loser one is good. It is over an hour long, and it even has a suggested workout plan to follow, picking a different schedule of workouts each time. It has a 25 minute light cardio workout, 20 minute intensive cardio, 20 minute stretch and cool down, 20 minutes bootcamp, 20 minutes toning (with weights). The best part is that the Loser contestants are the guinea pigs - not your standard highly co-ordinated gym lassies with very tight outfits and toned bods. It feels more realistic!
