I am wondering how you track how fast you walk (2.5kph, 3kph, 3.5kph etc....??). I am sure there must be a simple way.
Also I am not sure how I should track my swimming. I am swimming 20 laps in 15 minutes but not sure how to track that.... slow or fast?
I think it is slow, but not sure?
