Just throwing a question out there to see if anyone has done/is doing the 30 day shred?
I have been doing it for 9 days on the trot now and i can feel myself getting stronger and can actually do all of it. (for those who have done it you know what I mean!)
I have lost a few cm hardly any off the scales though. i have been eating right and i really push myself during the workout.
so basically what I am asking is how long before you could see results and is it worth it?
