Help me work out my healthy lifestyle exercise plan.

So once I get to my goal weight I am going to switch from weightloss mode exercising to just trying to be healthy and active and be with my family...I want to get out of the stuffy gym and in to the elements as much as possible...so I was thinking of the below.

Mon - Intense walk oustide, min 2 Km
Tue - Pilates
Wed - Weights session
Thu - Swimming
Fri - Nice long walk/job (interval training)
Sat - day off
Sun - active family time,either another work, playing some sport as a family, going to the pool etc.

Do you think this is a good healthy level of activity to maintain what I hope to be 65.5 Kg?
SW: 87.7 kg
CW: 67.3 Kg
GW: 60.0 kg

looks pretty good, I guess the only thing is just how long. If you're doing all those things for 30-60 minutes, you should have no worries! I like to alternate the kinds of activities I do, so for example, cardio based exercise one day, strength training the next, then cardio again, and so on. But really, as long as your body is moving regularly, that's the main thing! It looks like a sustainable program :)

During the week I am generally restricted to 20-30 mins during my lunch break...breakdown is like this.

Mon - Intense walk oustide, min 2 Km (20-30 mins)
Tue - Pilates (60 mins)
Wed - Weights session (20-30 mins)
Thu - Swimming (60 mins, 30 high intensity and 30 with my daughter)
Fri - Nice long walk/job (interval training) (20-30 mins)
Sat - day off
Sun - active family time,either another work, playing some sport as a family, going to the pool etc

CW: 67.3 Kg
GW: 60.0 kg
