Hi Everyone!

Gen here...

Am wondering how you all stay so motivated in your weightloss and exercise.

I walk and have just started doing some weights (light), but I find my motivation fluctuates from day to day.

Any tips would be great.

I look in the mirror and that's the motivation I need! LOL
And after a week of regular exercise I KNOW that I feel better for getting out and doing some exercise so I use that too.
Write yor goals down and if you're feeling flat go and read them and remember where you want to be.
