Hi everyone. My name is James and I am trying to slowly (very slowly) get involved in running to maximize my weight loss. For some reason when I walk or run on a treadmill, my body freaks out. I have no issues running on any outside surface like gravel, asphalt or anything else. Whenever I get on a treadmill, and I run without holding the supports, my ankles buckle, my legs tense, my knees stiffen, i lose all balance and my body just generally freaks.I was just wondering if anyone knows what the cause might be or even some tips to avoid it in future?
