Hi guys,

Just thought I would share something that has been important in motivating me to exercise after work and also just getting things done in general. I often come home feeling 'exhausted' and tired and don't want to go to the gym or clean the house or anything physical. I realised recently that I am always mentally exhausted or my eyes feel tired but my body itself is not tired at all. This is a result of studying full time, driving to work, and working in office environments and sometimes just from boredom.

So now when I think 'I'm to tired to clean the house, cook tea, go to the gym' etc. I stop and think: hang on, is it my mind, my eyes or my body that is tired? 9 times out of 10 it isn't my body and it makes me feel energised and capable of doing what needs doing.

Thats a great way of looking at things puffer. I definetley will be thinking more along those lines from now on 8)

Well done Christina you are learning to listen to your body really well and know what you can and can't do.

I find if I say I'm too tired and do the workout anyway I usually feel really strong and empowered afterwards as if I have taken control of the situation and won.
