Who does crossfit? I started about a month ago and I absolutely love it! It is fun, so challenging and really pushes you to the brink, makes you realise just how much you can do and boy do you work up a sweat and burn stacks of calories while of course increasing fitness. I've been going twice a week as well as doing other exercise at home. I will post some pics in the before, during and after section soon, but the difference it has made to the shape and tone of my body has been amazing in that short amount of time.
