hey guys just wanted to show u what im doing with my workout.
monday- chest, shoulders, neck, biceps + 30mins of interval cardio
tuesday- triceps, lats, back + 30mins of interval cardio and mountian walk
wednesday- legs, abs + 30mins of interval cardio
thursday, friday, saturday repeat last three days
sunday- 1hr cardio, light laps in pool
well thats it for now. will change in next month to shock the body. thanks and leave ur opinons and questions below.
