Beginning to Exercise - A Ten Point Plan

Postby admin » Sun Jan 27, 2013 5:53 pm

We have written a 10 point plan for people who are starting their exercise routine.

Beginning exercise for the first time, or for the first time in a long time, can be very daunting.

If you’re planning to start exercising, or making a comeback to exercise after a long break, consider following this ten point plan which will not only help you get started, but hopefully help you to make exercise part of your daily life.
Exercise can help improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, flexibility and of course help with weight management.

I love doing point three as its easy way of exercising. And I regularly do cycling, running, walking.
I have a question in place of water aerobics can I do swimming?

Thanks

Swimming is excellent for you. We mentioned water aerobics as many people cant swim.
Go for it.
