Reason 48 is so true. There's lots to say about this subject unfortunately the Forum's inbuilt censor makes it extremely difficult to talk about this subject and the weight loss benefits. Suffice to say that weight loss greatly aids this area - specially if you are a guy! And I'm not just talking about "performance"...I'm talking length! :shock:
