Woohoo you go Katey that is great! You just watch how quickly your leg muscles will develop from that. Don't worry you won't look like Arnie but they will feel firmer pretty quickly. I know I noticed it fairly quickly just from walking. Good on ya!

Hope you got it all worked out Jules. I hope it aint as bad with the directions as our pool was. OMG I have never seen such bad directions! We just guessed our way through it in the end. I do like my cross trainer but I loved the treadmill. I would love another one but I can't have it inside and there really isn't room in the garage anymore because mum gave us her weights set and that takes up the space where the treadmill was. I should pull my finger out and start using the weights but being in the garage is sooooooooo boring. Give me a telly please! My sister built a whole large room above her garage for her gym and she has great equipment in it. She built a new house and made sure that was in the plan!

My darling fiance bought me a treadmill in March, a really nice big comfy cushioned gym grade one that cost lots and lots of money that certainly could have been used elsewhere. Ashamed to say it but it's being used as storage space at the moment. You girls have inspired me to dig through my gym room (yes I have spare bedroom supposedly devoted to exercising - not that it's seen a whole lot of sweating lately!), throw out all the rubbish that just got thrown in there when people were coming over for Christmas and get my butt exercising!
