I always like to exercise before eating because I would be too lethargic the other way around. So I exercise first thing in the morning and again about 5 or 6 at night. Occassionally I will do a lunch time thing but I do it before I eat lunch. There is no health reason as to why I do this, only because it suits me.

your best off excercising before you eat, my bros a personal trainer and explained it to me once! i think your body burns more energy when excercising if its not using energy to digest your food. basically your body can put all your energy into just the excercise your doing instead of sorting out the other stuff, and you shouldnt eat half an hour after excercise cause your body keeps burning energy at higher levels and if u eat straight after excercise your body will switch to burning the food u just ate instead of the stored stuff :? i always wait atleast an hour after food before i excercise

Since I eat every 2-3 hours I am always within that time when I go to the gym, so I eat about an hour and a bit before going to the gym and I wait at least 30 mins after before eating again.

I usually go for my walk/run after dinner. I have always wondered if its better to go before or after!?

I dont know of that has anything to do with the dizzy spells, headaches and wobbly legs! lol I still haven't figured that one out yet

Whats the difference of it burning the food you just ate as opposed to the food you ate a few weeks ago? :P

I dont know what I do. I cant remember. But personally I think its better to do it before you eat.

well if u just ate a salad you wont gain any weight from it anyway, so whats the point in burning a salad that wouldve just come out the other end compared to stored fat which is hard to shift
