On friday I fell over and I think I sprained my ankle, its all swollen and hurts alot so I wont be excerising for another few days.

So should I do alot of crunches etc?

try something that is no weight bearing such as swimming Milo - just cause you have an injury, doesn't mean you cannot exercise at all!!
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

hmmm you could do weights :) hope your ankle heals soon!

Yeah I would go upper body weights and some tummy exercises. You could always swim, if you are able to get to the pool, and do mainly arms.
