Flipping through the local newspaper today i saw an ad for the gym that was connected to my old workplace. found out not long ago that adro actually goes there because he lives at Tumbi Umbi (the suburb). anyway its free membership for january (save $99) and the only thing is that its about 45 minutes to get there and back. :S However i was quite interested to see hydrocycling- or something like that it was called. its a thing where they have bikes in the pool  like exercise bikes all in a row and you do a class in the pool. how unreal would that be! has anyone else seen that before or has anyone else done that before?

You should be able to get a week free to try it out Kate, ask them about it and I'm sure they'll give you one :)
