I bought one today, but ummm its really long lol do I cut it in half? It does have a clip with it, sounds a little fiddly...
I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!

Yeah it does, but in the meantime I called my friend and she said not to cut it as you sometimes have to use it for your back so you'd need it long.

It does have a clip with it so she said make sure you wrap it completely..
I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!

Cool 'cause I have decided that I am buying one when I hit 20kgs lost..... the one I am after comes in a set of 3 from A-mart AllSports for $40.00. So I guess I won't have to worry about making it smaller.

They are usually pretty long i have 2 One is harder resistence then the other
If they are too long with some exercises i tend to wrap them around my hand or if i have leg exercises i do the same and tie them off so they are shorter
