I have no balls!

Postby CrimsonThunder » Mon Jan 29, 2007 6:13 pm

Exercise balls that is. :P

So I went into Sports Power today to see if they have any because I've been notified of them on here and how they are good to sit on and work your abs. But they didnt have any in there and they will next week, so I dunno. Will they be expensive? Anyone else got one? What size should I get? When I do get one will I sit still or try to move around all the time? Would they be cheaper on eBay?

Lots of questions! :P

You need to make sure you get one that's not too big... How tall are you, Tom?? If you're up to about 5 foot 9 you should get a 55cm, if you're any taller than a 65cm.

You can get them from anywhere - sports shops, K-Mart, Target, Go-Lo, Priceline.. they're everywhere!!

Ok I've got one but just a question when i sit on it it goes down alot is that ment to happen or do i have to blow it up more?

Also when Im sitting at my computer should i keep moving around a bit (rolling around on the ball) or just sit there straight?

it depends is the ball for weightloss or back strengthening? you use it in lieu of a chair to help with your back and you do something with it if you are using it to get fit whilst at your desk.

On the box it says:

Tones up all your muscles
Helps burn off excess fat
Increases energy and vitality
Helps releave tension
Improves circulation
Improves ballance
Improves co ordination
Improves hear muscles

That would be for both weightloss and back strengh?

All I can say is my back is actually hurting sitting on it so it'll be back to a chair for me. But I'm probably doing it wrong in the first place.

You have to use proper posture, or your back will get sore when using it instead of a chair. Try using it a little at a time untill you get used to it. I am glad that it is really magic, Your typo made it sound like it fixes your ears.
