I was talking to dh about this yesterday and said he could see a major change when I was either doing a excerise dvd or the bike every single day, but it got so sick of it and stopped doing it all together

I got down to 72kg and now back to 82 kg coz I dont excerise except walking the dog

I have the muffin top happening too but after 3 c-sections I should not expect to have a nice flat belly

Personally, I don't wear clothes that show it off because I would look like mutton dressed as lamb but I am working on getting rid of the weight and hopefully some of the muffin :D
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

It must all depend on your body shape...I don't have a muffin top (love that description) I have a rather large arse though....try disguising that!! LOL :P

Hopefully as the weight disappears Milo so will you MT. Maybe try introducing those exercise back in to your day???

I struck it lucky in the arse dept - didn't get a big one

My belly is what lets my shape down and is where I am carrying the most weight.

Perhaps I should don a maternity dress and get Bobs ex talking

Hahaha Lolly!!! I'm like you with wearing clothes that don't show it off. I like to wear those tops that flare out a little under your boobs. My guts is my main problem too. Mind you my bum got bigger as well but I have managed to get rid of it there. Its just mainly my tummy. Mind you I have two tummys. A top tummy and a bottom tummy cos of where I wear my pants around my belly button. Works like a corsette I think......hahaha!!! Frank always refers to my tummy as my double tummy.......hahaha. So hopefully I will get rid of the top tummy sometime in the not too distant future!!!

Groovy that used to happen to me but all my pants are too big now so I only have one tummy when I wear them lol - it is just a big round one though

I used to have a muffin top, but through just doing a combination of cardio and weights it's gone now! Woohoo :D It also doesn't help that 90% of the pants I own fall down so low now :P

But keep at the cardio exercise in particular, we all lose weight from different areas at different rates. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce but it will come off eventually!

Well i have a muffin top too, but I can't wear those tops that flare out under the boobs cause my boobs are always too big for them!

I'm not liking my bingo wings either.

Hopefully it will all come off us soon though.

My mum's obsessed with her bingo wings!! She's always getting me to show her different exercises for them and I swear it's the one she does most at the gym!! Then she holds her arms up and says "I think they're getting smaller!!!!" Ah dear :P
