A NEW WAY TO EXERCISE WHILE ON THE COMPUTER!!!

I did't get to go 2 the gym today I was a bit upset about it as I can only go inbetween child minding hours, but I still did things around the house like skipping rope, run, push ups, dead cockroaches ( lower ab work) any way I will get to my story:

I needed 2 go on the computer to pay off some bills ect... I have an wireless keyboard & mouse a thought came 2 mind if I use my exercise bike while i was on ther computer in one hand I hold the keyboard the other hand type its a bit slower only typing with one hand I also get my exercise in 4 the day before I knew it I was on the bike 4 over 1 1/2 hour with out even realising it I done 44 kilometers just over 2000cal on the bike I think i will be doing this all the time im on the computer :lol: :D

I have puter time as "time out" for me - it is an escape - though since posting on here and counting the calories with calorie king etc, I have found I am on for less time each day.

Not a bad thing for me but for you guys, you will live without my presence every second of the day.....
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....
