Lol at the fab bum and thighs. The bloke certainly appreciates it! My arms (you wouldn't have guessed that hey) have also toned up a lot - riding actually works out more of your body than you would otherwise think, particularly when hills are involved. I think I worked out the other day I must have done around 5000km over the past year I have been riding
Somehow though I'm still stuck at around 74kg
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
