What goal (calories burnt) should i be aiming for each cardio session?

I do at least 45 minutes each sesh, and depending on how hard i work it usually equals out to be 300-400 calories. Is that okay? Should i be working harder?

Depends on your goals but I always reckoned 300-400 equals a pretty good workout. Keep up the great effort! :D

Oh and don't forget (as Liz once mentioned) what is a workout of 300-400 cals for you might be very different for someone else depending on your own body weight etc.
