Has anyone got any tips for improving posture? do u think yoga would help? i remember doing ballet when i was younger and we used to have to have wooden rulers taped to our backs whilst we danced. and it bloody hurts when u snap them on ur back! any suggestions other that that one would be greatly appreciated!

Pilates is supposed to be very good for posture. I should be doing something as I have Osteoarthritis in my spine because of bad posture.

Yoga, pilates and any form of stretching are all supposed to be good for posture.

Dancing too actually a you usually need to be aware of how you hold your body.
