My advice for this would be to get the calorie content of each food you want to avoid from calorieking and then cross check that with how many calories you burn in say 1/2 hour.
For example, if your average workout burns 200 cals in 30 mins and you find out that 5 small easter eggs is about 190 cals, then you know to burn off 5 LITTLE easter eggs you have to go and workout for half an hour.
I don't know how much you burn in half an hour, although there is a list on this site of how many calories each excersize burns, so it would be easy enough to work out. Does this make ANY sense at all? lol... Let me know if I need to explain it better.
