LOL Kate, yup, I look like a total loser :D good thing theres noone to see me but the cat!!
I have to start doing alot of pushups and situps too, we are expected to do them at the start of every class.
Life is too important to be taken seriously!

I trained with a girl who once broke her toe practicing her kata in the bathroom and she hit the bathtub with her poor toe. Ouch! So watch out for those wicked household implements - they'll come out better off than you! ;)

I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!
