I used to see people say how theey love to exercise and how its addictive and I used to think what a crock!! nothing that causes that much pain is fun,,BUT, Im really getting into it of late and enjoying my sessions I go on, I will do 10-15 min of hard core make me wanna die cardio along with a 30min walk or bike ride or something a day and I actually look forward to it its no longer a chore!
even my c25k is fun, Im a bad runner but Im having fun!

hey jody thats great that you are enjoying it. sometimes it can get a bit routine and it feels like a chore but if you mix it up a bit it is worthwhile and enjoyable. im not at the stage where id die if i didnt exercise for like 3 hours a day! but i do enjoy the feeling ig et from working out and i feel lethargic if it doesnt get done.

That's great Jody and I know just what you mean. Took me a while but now I love to exercise and I was a big couch potato only a year ago. :D
