FAR OUT!! I took someone's idea (I think it was Ally's) and got an exercise dvd, Billy Blanks Basic Training Bootcamp, and I just did it then, all 55 minutes, and man I'm aching all over! I used to do tae bo all the time in my younger days (when I was 15 LoL! - I'm 19 now!) and now it all came back to me. I'm gunna try and do it every night!! It was perfect, as it was raining all day today!

Sounds like it was a great DVD!! Make sure you stretch heaps afterwards... and have a hot bath if your muscles get too sore :)

I love combat classes I'm always in pain for days but I love it I find that hot packs are good to put on the sore muscles.

they are cornflakes honey and butter, made into little patty cake papers. Kinda like chocolate crackles but honey and cornflakes..

Chelle, I think they're basically corn flakes, honey, butter ? mixed together and put in patty cake papers I think.

Yeah, the recipe for them is on all cornflakes packets. It's honey, sugar, butter and cornflakes, and my god are they yummy! I better stop writing because I am tempting myself again!!!

Good on you. Keep going and it won't hurt after a while! No need to kill yourself by going too hard too early if you end up hating it though.

For some wierd reason, I love that fatigued, sore muscle feeling the day after exercise. Reminds me of how much I've done. I especially love it if it's after a long bushwalk (my favourite exercise).
