how do us mother's out here lose the piece of fat on our lower ab area?

Isn't a large amount of the problem that the muscles of the lower abdomen have been stretched? The Pilates book/video I have suggests post-pregnancy women do exercises specifically targeted to strengthen the lower abs so that the muscles can re-tighten and support any fat that may be there. I guess the added muscle will also help you burn it.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

sit ups generally help the abdomen area, but it can be quite strenious... certain Ab devices such as the Abswing targets the lower abdomen region and is less intense than doing normal sit ups.
