I've been doing lots of jogging on the spot, and now my ankles feel like they're on fire.

I'm an idiot :(

Lol, thanks guys  I think it's safe to say that my ankles aren't as forgiving as you guys though ;)

Hey, does anyone know some good exercises one can do on the spot that DON'T kill one's ankles? 'Cos admittedly I do most of my exercise in front of the computer ;)

I've been looking into dancing but I can't find much in the way of instructions for just basic gallavanting around the living room with music. Bah!

Repetitively do one form of exericse can put you at a higher risk of injury so try mixing it up. Another idea, leg raisers - front & side. high & low. Raise your knee to your chest and put it down and swap legs.
