New Exercise Dvd from Leslie Sansone

Postby Ally » Thu Jul 19, 2007 9:58 pm

Hey guys for all of us who like the Walk Away The Pounds dvd's Leslie Sansone has just released 3 more newies under the "Walk At Home" series....

 "Walk At Home" - 1-mile workout complete programs for a 1 mile jog and 1 mile booster

 Walk At Home - Family Walk

 Walk At Home - 5 Mile Walk

I am going to try and track them down at K-mart or Big W as they are often cheaper than what they are when you order them from magazines (I have found them to be up to $10 cheaper!! :o ) I will keep you posted as to where I find them and the price...I am always looking to build the collection!!

Hi Ally, can you please tell me what kind of exercise these DVD's involve. For some reason I've got a picture in my mind of marching backwards and forwards: lol:

Are they any good?

pmsl some of the moves involve walking forwards and backwards :) kick backs, knee lifts, side steps- basic steps that are simple to follow but effective. i have the 1 and 2 mile walks and the walk and kick one.

Hi Gracie I really love the WATP dvd's and am looking forward to getting the new series as well!! I find they are great to get you moving. I have the 1, 2 and 3 Mile walk, the Walk and jog and the walk and kick. They have different routines in each one, but they all use the four basic steps....they are fun and easy and my kids love doing them with me!! Buy one first and see how you like it...... :D :D
