Nice to know.

I also get chaffing and must wear bike pants when I run. As I train a few clients to run I have quite a few pairs. I've never used any cream though.

But if you want to get rid of it for good, just make sure when you lose weight that you don't build your legs up with too much muscle! :lol:

glad to hear it worked well for you!! it is a great barrier. if i put it on heidi during a nappy change by the next nappy change its still there. just make sure you have had a good shower to wash it off hehe

Funnily enough, if you get caught short and have nothing at home for that specific purpouse, corn flour works a treat. I'm not joking! Just put it on like talc and yeah haha.. lasts alot longer than talc coz the sweat takes longer to make it mushy (ew!)

But I too am a member of the chub rub crew and cant wait for it to go!!

I actually have scars from chafing. probably not a good idea to to keep walking when your chaffing to the point that you bleed :(. 've found that baby powder helps alot to prevent it
